My mom has come up in quite a few posts and anyone who knows her knows she’s the coolest. She’s started businesses, run marathons, is a cowgirl, an awesome cook, and just the best mom around.

She’s also been nominated by Philadelphia Magazine for their first “Health Hero” award, which honors locals making a difference in the health & wellness community. SO, VOTE for her on the Health Hero Challenge page. 

 As the director of Childhood Obesity & Hunger for Campbell Soup Company, my mom is spearheading a 10-year mission to reduce hunger and obesity in Camden, NJ, one of the nation’s poorest cities. The plan involves increased access to affordable, healthy food, and the expansion of physical activity and nutrition education resources.
