We challenged our dear friends Jenny & Tara (from 3.1 Phillip Lim) to cook for 10 in our treehouse of an apartment last night. Not only did we enjoy good friends and good music (check out these cooking with friends mixes courtesy of Songza.com), but we also had a feast:

I always love when Marina Larroude – senior market editor extraordinaire at Style.com – posts the season’s Accessories Index. Combing through the pages of comprehensively organized necklaces, earrings, bags, etc. inevitably consumes several hours of my work day and I enjoy every second of it. We’re thrilled that Marina has included so much of the Lizzie Fortunato Jewels SS12 collection in the Index:

After all the time I spent perusing the accessories index (instead of making specs for new bags!) I decided to share some of my favorites.

First, the necklaces. Loving lots of whites and metallics, but the highlights for me were blue tones from Monique Pean and House of Waris, mint green from Pamela Love, and ice blue from LFJ!:

The SoHo boutique stocks Celine, Balenciaga, Jason Wu, and Proenza Schouler (what’s not to like?) and just did a website-makeover, including a mini Mag: SHOP TALK . I’m pretty obsessed:

The magazine features one of the LFJ + KZ semi-precious necklaces, which we debuted at 2011 Fashion Night Out and which is available online here. I love the oversized hand-cut chrysoprase, onyx, and lapis stones and think these high-end styles could inspire me for next season:
