Collage Inspiration

We’re in the midst of some web updates and I was just reflecting on all the collections on our site.

It made me think 1) I’ve been doing this for a while and 2) Our web designer is incredibly talented! Shanan Kurtz over at Linseed Projects designs the collages to reflect the season’s inspiration and she does a pretty awesome job:

In addition to seasonal collections for our namesake line, we’ve repeatedly collaborated on runway collections with both SUNO and VPL. Here are some of my favorite looks from over the seasons:

Stay tuned for exciting updates – including new collections – on the site soon.

So pretty. And it’s the weekend.

Our good friend and collaborator over at SUNO, Erin Beatty, looked so pretty at the CFDA Awards on Monday night.

She & Max Osterweis were nominated for the award and Erin looked every bit the part in this custom-SUNO dress, Pamela Love necklace (congratulations to Pam!), Monique Pean bracelets (I already lusted over these, here) and Lizzie Fortunato Jewels clutch. Thank you Erin for representing!

Erin looks gorgeous in SUNO, Pamela Love necklace, Monique Pean bracelets, Lizzie Fortunato jewels bag, and Richard Nicoll shoes

Erin & Max look incredibly chic and their work is beyond inspiring. Here’s to SUNO.

5 Is The Magic Number

I was thrilled to get to check out the Fivestory pop-up-shop preview this past weekend. The concept store — named for the five story townhouse its situated in and the five different stories it carries (fashion, art, home, music, and lifestyle I’m presuming) — is bringing some serious creativity to NYC’s UES. Owner Claire Distenfeld stocks lines like Chrissie Morris (killer shoes) , Olympia Le-Tan (insane bags, which I recently noted here), Maison Michel hats and yours truly.

Claire’s new venture has gotten some awesome shout-outs online at The New York Times and Vogue.com, where she rocked some LFJ:

We love that Clare is wearing the Lizzie Fortunato Jewels Moonlight Mile necklace on Vogue.com.

moonlight mile is a personal favorite because it lays super flat on the body - almost like the collar of your blouse - and you can wear it with the moon-shaped clasp in the back or the front!

Check out these images of the interior of Five Story (from The New York Times and Vogue.com):

Did I mention Fivestory has a very inspiring tumblr?

Here’s to going north of 14th street!
