Katie Maennle Designs in NYC

Katie Maennle, my Austin-based friend who designs incredible furniture, clothing and accessories – had two incredible trunkshows in NYC this past weekend with a portion of proceeds benefitting a school in Rwanda.

I love these chairs from Katie’s collection:

They  have this awesome Palm Springs meets Southern charm vibe that makes me want to inject some brights into my living room & wardrobe:

Letterhead

I was re-ordering our LFJ letterhead yesterday and stumbled upon Letterheady, which features cool stationary belonging to cool people:

C’est La Vie

Kathryn and I just returned from Paris market week, where we met with some awesome stores, played with great friends, and enjoyed incredible 80 degree weather!

We fell in love with our apartment at 54 Rue de Gravilliers in the heart of the Marais, where we showed our new collection. The tall windows, beamed ceiling and chandelier were the perfect backdrop to showcase the new styles:

The best thing about Paris market is catching up with all the fashion friends you never have a chance to see in New York. We often end up out till dawn (unable to find a taxi), and subsist on club sandwiches from the Costes and juice from Bob’s Kitchen … C’est La Vie!
